Yantai Mingzhu Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. Founded in 2005, is established in China high-technology ceramic achievements in scientific research relying on science innovation and has owned Germany-made five-axis numerical control lathe and grinder. These machines are the most advanced in domestic field and have their own computer control centers which effectively guarantee all the steps of ceramic valves series proceed smoothly such as development, production and quality control.

Our ceramic valve series are produced strictly in accordance with GB, ANSI, API, JIS, American standard, Japanese standard and Germany standard DIN, etc, meanwhile we have developed transfer lines and valves for gas, liquid and solid material used in environmental protection, new energy resources and new material industry of high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion. Using refined ceramic's advantages of high temperature resistance, wearing resistance and corrosion resistance, we mainly dedicate to solve the following problems: Desulfuration in power generation, wearing resistance and acid-alkali resistance in chemical synthetic area and purification relying on acid liquid in polysilicon smelting industry, etc.

We constantly seek technology innovation and have set up close relationship with Shandong University and other domestic universities and institutes. Yantai Special Ceramic Material Institute supplies us technological support owning 42 working staffs, including 12 senior engineers and 6 doctors. At present there are 8 persons who are specialized in high-tech ceramic valves research and development. They have abundant technology strength and have developed many high technology ceramic valves, such as complex phase toughening ( Y2O3, ZrO2 ) steady ZrO2 ceramic ball valves and spiral cone valves, non-pressure sintering SiC gate valve in polysilicon industry, silicon nitride ceramic plate valves in titanium-rich material synthesis, ceramic gate valve, ceramic plate valve and other high-tech ceramic valve series.
