Sinotruk(Hong Kong) Limited was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007. Sinotruk produced China's first heavy-duty truck in 1960 and it is China's largest heavy-duty truck manufacturing and export bases. With more than 48, 000 employees, Sinotruk manufactures heavy trucks, medium trucks, light trucks, buses, special purpose trucks and military trucks. Sinotruk's headquarter is located in Jinan Shandong province, and in more than 10 provinces of China it has four heavy truck manufacturing subsidiaries, three llight truck manufacturing subsidiaries, six special purpose vehicle manufacturing subsidiaries and one axle manufacturing subsidiary.
