Initiated by the former China Railway Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industrial Corp., South Huiton Co. Ltd. Is a public company with high and new technology, which was founded byrestructuring Guiyang Freight Car Works through raising funds. Our company belongs to theCSR. We have passed the certificate of ISO9001(quality system certificate), ISO14001(environmentalmanagement system) and OHSAS18001(GB/T28001)(occupational health and safety management system certificate) We now have about 5000 employees, more than 1000 of them are managing andtechnical staff.

Our company has an annual comprehensive capacity of overhauling 6, 000 and manufacturing 2, 000 various freight cars, it's the only freight train repair base of southwest area ofChina and also it's the important locomotive vehicle accessories manufacture base of the railwaytransportation.

Springis one of main products of our company, we have an annual capacity of 15, 000 tons(about one million sets) of helical springs, we are specialized spring-manufacturing center designated by the Ministry of Railways, P. R. China. We have five flow production lines, and our products relate to railway field, engineering machine field and automobile field and so on. There collocated the following produce equipments: 3 imported auto-coiling machines which controlled by computer, 3 mould-coiling machines, 5 sets of Medium-frequency induction heating equipments, 5 heating furnaces, 7 material-end-grinding machines, 4 NDT machines, more than 20 spring endsgrinding machines, 3 shot-peening machines and 2 painting line and so on. And there has the following test equipments: Fatigue testing machine, loading test machine, transversal displacementand rigidity test machine, hardness test machine and so on. We have the advantage in the batch production and we have stronger R&D capability, we have adapted the requirements of "rise speed and overloading" of railway and the requirements of the international market.
