With rapid growth all these years, our factory is covering a land of 30000 square meters, with more than 1000 sewing workers and 50 steadily managing workers, which is ISO9001/13485 certificated. As an OEM manufacturer our products are conforming to international standards as widely known certification bodies TUV, SGS, Nelson, FDA and NIOSH. Accordingly to our mass production and latest management level, the maximum production capacity is 80X40HQ containers per month.
Our disposable nonwoven products cover various types of material such as polypropylene spunboned nonwovens(SB), SMS nonwovens, SMMS nonwoens, Spunlaced nonwovens(SL), Thermobonded nonwovens(TB), Meltblown nonwovens and Soluble PVA nonwovens(PVA), PP laiminated with microporpous film(SF), these products are widely suitable for industrial protection, medical barrier, household, consumer convenience and so on. Also we can post-process the fabrics with methods of coating, dyeing, water absorbing, water expelling, printing, anti-static and anti-bacteria in compliance with the specific requirements of clients. We can make protective garments meet CE Type 6, Type 5, Type 4.
