The following marked terms is our basic purchase requirement on silicon materials:

Silicon purity >6N(99.9999%)
P type
Resistivity>0.5ohm. Cm
IC/Semi grade materials is prefer

Now we are purchasing:
Item A: Whole/scrap/broken silicon wafer: Bare/Polished, clean surface without coated/ pattern/ color film
Item B: Top&tails/pot scrap better IC/Semi grade silicon materials, now solar grade still accepted!
Item C: Virgin polycrystalline silicon chunks/ chips/ granules from famous manufacture as Wacker, Hemlock, MEMC or Japan corps!
