Working Condition and Scale: The product quality is supervised and tested strictly in the process of manufacturing in workshop with anti-dust and anti-static management. The reliable facilities for calibration and test are fully complete. In present there are 12 sets of assembly lines, 58 sets of calibrating facilities for State Grid and another 58 sets for Non-state Grid. We have competence to assemble 18, 000 pieces of energy meters daily. We can also produce meter accessories but the overall meter in the professional workshop, such as injection workshop, screen printing workshop, bakelite workshop, register producing workshop etc. All the accessories of the energy meter like meter case, terminals, name plate, register are manufactured by ourselves in order to guarantee quality, speed up producing process, and control cost effectively.

Devices for quality test: 20 sets of devices for verifying components can meet routine testing requirements. Devices for overall meter test: Withstand voltage test, high/low temperature and humidity test, glowing filament test, vibration test, error detection test, which can maintain routine verification enough for properties of products.

Market Conditions: We believe in principle that clients are the supreme and now has formed fine sale network. In present products are distributed to many provinces of China, Colombia and Middle East and other nations, which have acquired qualified recognition and reputation from clients. In 2010, we won the bidding from State Grid to supply 170, 000 sets of single-phase remote fee-controlled smart meter for Electric Power Company of Shandong province, the amount payment of which is more than 20 Million RMB; In 2011, the company won another bidding to supply 140, 000 sets for rural network. All the products are qualified through random inspection by national and local quality and technology supervision department. Up to now the production capacity can be up to 5 Million sets each year.
