We have modernized production equipments:

Three Brand-new production lines: Two new Germany Heidelberg four color offset printing machines, one Germany single-color offset printing machine and two German double-colored offset printing machines. 2. Three full-automatic six color silk printing machines and four color silk printing machines. 3. Two HX-60C automatic card punching machines that absorb advantages of the same foreign apparatus, designed according to medium and small-scale card factory's characteristics and computer controlled cylinder type hydraulic drift. The daily output reaches 800, 000.4. Eight YCY-215 type press machines designed for medium and small-sized factory's characteristics, adopts computer control which can realize graded layer washing, pressurization and heating, suitable for all kinds of card processes, especially meeting processing requirements of non-contact-type IC, ID, and MI intelligent cards. 5. Eight type (1) HX-40DT and type (2) HX-40T high speed hot foil coders which absorb advantages of the same foreign apparatus, adopts computer control and integrates full-automatic oil lacking hydraulic pressure piled card, high speed yard making, and gold blocking in an organic whole. The daily output reaches 500, 000pcs. 6. One high speed MP65138LINX6200 -type continuous black code gushing out machine, daily output reaches 500, 000 pieces. 7. Five HZ200B full-automatic bronzing machines, designed according to the medium and small-scaled factory's characteristics, produce the meticulous and perfect quality products.
