Xinxiang Longteng Refrigeration High-Tech Co., Ltd, established on March 28, 2008, is an independent operating company that is funded and owned by Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc. (GD COPPER) only. It is specialized in production and sales of assembly and parts of automotive air-conditioning, energy-efficient parallel-flow AC heat exchanger etc.

The company has introduced the most advanced equipments in the world, including the furnace with KYK technology and fin mill imported from KKS. The technical team is also excellent, now it has 2 experienced experts, who have been engaged in development and research of automotive air-conditioning for more than 20 years, 2 experienced experts of heat exchanger manufacturing, 1 senior engineer engaged in R&D of refrigeration products for many years and also is the winner of special government allowance, 6 engineers in automotive air-conditioning, 6 engineers of mould-designing and process engineer of 8. Also Golden Dragon Shanghai HVAC/R research institute, with prominent staffs internationally in service, is established to give us technical support. From marketing research, product development, prototype test to process technology, we are able to put research results into production rapidly. We have built an efficient technical innovation system that maintains the advancement of product's R&D. Thanks to all of this, we are capable of providing synchronized development processes for automaker. Our construction will be in three progressive stages, and the productivity is set to 5 million units a year, now the first stage is finished and the capacity is 500, 000 units annual.

Longteng occupies 176, 755 m2(about 18 hectares) of land, with floor coverage of 100, 000 m2, including workshop area of 67, 200 m2, auxiliary plant area of 11, 730 m2, 24, 700 m2 for auxiliary facilities, such as office, dormitory and dining hall. With an investment of RMB 61, 600, 000 (approx. $9, 000, 000 ), including fixed asset of RMB 36, 800, 000. The sales income will be RMB 1.5 billion with total productivity, tax amounts to be RMB 150 million and the employees' number will be 1, 000 then.
