Established in 1993, Foshan Skyline aluminum Company Limited is a Hong Kong invested enterprise, which concentrates on the development, manufacturing and marketing and export of alminum foil construction and industrial Limited, with an area of 135, 000 square meters, in the new high-technology industrial area in the San Shui DISTRICT. With the ISO9001 Quality System Certification, the ISO14001 Environmental System Certification and theISO18000 Occupational health and Safety Management System, we are an efficient, clean energy manufacturing modern enterprise. Our brand"Skyline", build in 2011, has a marketing network covering all over China and more than 30 countries and regions around the world, enjoying a good reputation both locally and internationally.
We have introduced state-of-art manufacturing technology and testing system from the States, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and Japan, currently, we have 16 extrusion production lines which can handle 600-2500 tons of section bar, and build up a manufacturing system which includes designing and manufacturing moulds, casting, extrusion, oxidation coloring, electrophoretic painting, powder spraying, fluorocarbon spraying, insulation and finish machining of frames and more. Our annual production reaches 60, 000 tons. We adopted the ERP information system to further upgrade our productivity and product quality. To carter for and expanding domestic and international market, we take a further step to develop brand new national patent window and door products, providing section bar for trendy, high-class door and window products and commodities.
Currently, our personnel consists of 800 workers, 150 modern enterprise management staff and 50 senior technicians. To further develop our personnel and our enterprise, we will try our best to innovate new technology, introduce scientific management, train our staff, encourage the exchange of technology and develop new products.
