YAN DE Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd., formerly Da Qing Chemical Factory, established in 1976, was one of the national key chemical enterprises. The company locates at Hei Long Jiang Province Da Qing petrochemical industrial production base, near Da Qing oil field, occupying 3 square kilometers, has registered capital of RMB 0.545 billion Yuan. Taking advantage of close cooperation with core petrochemical industry, Yan DE Chemical produces various raw petrochemical materials. In 1999 Yan De chemical was restructured, and introduced investment and high technology from German chemical giant to further exploit and develop diversified production lines of polymer and plastic raw materials.

Since restructured in 1999, the main plant of Yan De Chemical in Da Qing area has established more than 20 sets of advanced petrochemical production lines and equipments and more than 30 auxiliary equipments that support the production of ethylene, propylene and various polymer materials including plastic raw materials and synthetic rubber

By the end of 2005, Yan De Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd realized the production volume of PE 400 kt/a, PP 300 kt/a, PVC 400 kt/a, ABS 80 kt/a, PS 100 KT/a, SBR 100KT/a, BR 60KT/a. At the same time, it has established comprehensive chemical manufacturing model. Through close cooperation with national petrochemical production base and mining base in Xin Jiang and Inner Mongolia, Yan De chemical obtains stable supply of raw mineral resources and basic petrochemical materials for deep industrial production. Yan De has realized production of diversified chemical products of more than 60 types that are applicable to many key industry, and civilian area, including plastic industry, rubber industry, energy, oil exploitation and processing, paper making, rubber producing, metallurgy, leather, pharmacy, medical treatment, feedstuff, painting, construction, electronics, food addictive, environment protection, water treatment as well as down stream production of fine chemical products.

In the recent years, Yan De Chemical is devoted itself to market innovation, products innovation, management innovation and technological innovation, meanwhile has kept a high development speed. In recent years, the gross industrial output value, sales revenue, profit and tax, such main economic indexes kept increasing 20% per year. Till 2008, Yan DE has set up manufacturing base, branch factories and subordinated factories in Shanghai, Zhe Jiang, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Harbin, TianJin, Xin Jiang and Sichuan to develop and sell diversified chemical products. In 2008, the company's Gross Industrial Output Value reached RMB 2000 million Yuan, Sales Revenue RMB 1800 million Yuan.
