The Company's electronic component sales and services (ECSS) business unit provides procurement-fulfillment, spot component sales and supply chain management (SCM) services to manufacturers and design houses. The company's SCM services include warehousing, delivery, import/export, and give its customers total transparency into their supply chains by delivering SinoHub SCM, a proprietary, Web-based software platform the company has been using for almost ten years.

2010

SinoHub's wholly owned subsidiary, Topology Communication Technology (Shenzhen), Ltd., opened a factory in April to manufacture mobile phones in the Bao'an district of Shenzhen.

2009

SinoHub listed its stock on the NYSE Amex exchange under the ticker symbol SIHI. The Company was awarded AA High Credit Enterprise Status by China Customs. SinoHub tripled the size of its Hong Kong warehouse to 79, 500 square feet.

2008

SinoHub successfully became a public company in the U. S.

2007

SinoHub was awarded the Client Coordinator Enterprise of Huang Gang Customs.

2006

SinoHub was awarded Class A Management Enterprise title from Huang Gang Customs.

2005

SinoHub SCM™ Went into production creating a strong and reliable core for SinoHub's Supply Chain Management Platform.

SinoHub started to provide customers with fulfillment and procurement services.

SinoHub's Shanghai office was established, and the China-wide service network came into being.

2004

SinoHub reached a customer base of nearly 70 distributors of electronic components by the end of the year.

2002

SinoHub established its first Hong Kong office and warehouse, offering comprehensive warehousing services.

SinoHub acquired import and export permits and successfully processed its first electronic component import order.

Business Model

SinoHub's Two Business Lines:

Electronic Component Sales and Service (ECSS)- ECSS includes electronic component sales and supply chain management services (SCM). The services SinoHub provides in SCM include delivery, customs handling (import/export) and warehousing for electronic component suppliers, design houses and electronics product manufacturers all of whom use SinoHub's Web-based SCM application to track their orders and manage their business with SinoHub.

Integrated Contract Manufacturing (ICM) - SinoHub produces and sells private label, custom design mobile devices using its joint design process which leverages customers' knowledge of their local markets and SinoHub's relationships with over twenty top-tier Chinese design houses. SinoHub's ICM customers are mobile phone distributors and operators located around the world.
