We have two workshops. One is a casting workshop (6000 m2) mainly producing sand casting, and the material includes gray iron, ductile iron. Another one is a machining workshop (3000 m2) producing CNC machining parts, turning parts, milling parts, precision parts and other related products.
Our castings all meet the relevant ASTM, BS, DIN and JIS standards, and are suitable for exporting into various markets around the world. Able to complete castings in weights ranging from 100 grams to 2 tons.

The mainly surface treatment includes zinc plating, painting, spraying plastics, blacken, and we also provide other surface treatment according to your need.
We also can provide aluminium casting, brass casting, Zinc die casting, steel casting, iron casting, investment casting, lost wax casting.
We have advanced manufacturing equipment, like induction furnaces, coal furnaces, shot blasting machine, sand blaster machine, machining center, CNC, drilling machine, grinding machine, polishing machine and normal lathes, and we also equipped with test equipment, like metallurgical analysis instruments, tensile strength testers, hardness testers.
