In August 1993 the corporation changed its name, carried out restructuring and became the first joint-stock company involved in foreign trade business in China. On February 4th, 1994, Lansheng stock was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and thus the corporation became the first publicly listed company among all the Chinese foreign trade companies (stock code number: 600826).
