Beijing Yueruida Co., Ltd. is an enterprise manufacturing aluminum profiles and finished products which is a joint venture operated by China Tobacco Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch, Beijing Xinxing Co., Ltd Group and Hong Kong Bnilliant International Ltd.

As a designated manufacturer of aluminum alloy materials in Beijing authorized by Beijing Ministry of Construction, the company produces some 20000tons of aluminum profiles, construction door & window, vitreous curtain walls, heating radiators, electronic aluminum voiding and various other industrial materials each year.

The company has two factories in China. One is situated in Zhangjiawan Industrial Garden, Tongzhou district Beijing City, covers an area of 10730000 square meters with building area of 40000 square meters. The other is in Yingkou, Liaoning province. It has 820 employees, with technologists more than 100. The company is guided by chairman and administered by general manager. It also has the general manager charging technique, vice manager administering finance, producing and sales and wholesome departments as well. The company has brought in the advanced equipment domestic and overseas, with the following production facilities:

Smelting & Casting:
Two smelting lines with annual production capacity of 25000 tons.
Extrusion Work shops"
Six extrusion lines equipped with 500 tons, 800 tons, 1600 tons 2500 tons, annual extrusion capacity exceeds 20000 tons, and extrusion of 2500 tons can produce 5000 tons of various extrusion products.
Anodizing Lines & Powder Painting Lines:
Two anodizing Lines & Powder Painting Lines with the capacity exceeds 24000 tons of various anodizing products.
Fluorocarbon Painting Line:
One Fluorocarbon Painting Line provides an annual capacity of 2000 tons of painted products.

Model Workshop:
There are 4 cutters, 4 electro-spark machines, 4 lathes 5 millers, 1 zonal-saw and full set of chilled equipment which not only produce model bat also provide machine processing outwards.

There is also fully system of electricity, heating, gas and water. To ensure the quality of products, the company equality of products, the company equipped such modern inspecting instruments as the luminosity instrument of beam splitter, the atom absorption instrument, hardness instrument, sum thickness gauge of eddy current, meantime established a full set of scientific management system to improve its benefit. The compa ny passed the ISO9002 quality control certification in April, 1999. Adhere to the policy to quality is the lifeline, the company controls strictly such links as purchasing, handling, stocking, inspection of instruments, which is the guarantee of the company implementing the strategy, e. G. Producing quality products to gain the largest market share. In addition, the company passed the ISO9001-2000 quality control certification in April, 2002, and then passed the ISO14001 environment management certification and GB/T28001 work safety & health management certification.
