The main products of our company are as followings: Pipes of copper alley, sanitary ware, carbon steel of casting, stainless steel and variety of grey iron casting, ductile castings, cold alloy casting. We possess main production equipments such as towering stove with the production capacity of 5 tons per hour, 750KG electric stove of intermediate frequency, modeling machine, the core penetrating machine, note wax machine, data control lathe, milling machine, crankshaft grinding machine etc. We use towering stove and Electric stove of intermediate frequency to form thedissolve and smelt process. We adopt hand molding and machine molding, and we have form the production line of ductile iron casting and grey iron casting and cold iron casting and copper iron casting through mainly using hot core box of membrane sand. We have the production line of casting steel and stainless steel of the art of mould of water glass and the art of the mould of silicon sol. We have the technical checking equipments such as spectrum analysis instrument, universal materials testing machine, boluwei hardness tester, metallographic microscope, computer control -carbon sulphur analysis instrument, inclinometer etc, so that we can test and analyze comprehensively the chemical elements, mechanical elements and metal organization of the casting. We can strictly checking the dimension and the size of the metal processing products to guarantee the top quality of our products which not only comes from the appearance but also comes from inside quality, by this way we have win good reputation from the customers.
