Pantec International Limited(hereinafter called "Pantec"), a major import-export company, mainly handles notebook bags.

The HK-based headquarter is targeted to develop unique and stylist notebook bag series, inclusive of marketing and researches. The Guangzhou-based branch office is targeted to widen domestic and foreign markets at its efforts.
Pantec plays three parts, a manufacturer, a purchaser and a distributor at the same time.

Pante sometimes has absolute advantage in producing notebook bags in different material comparing with itself and other manufacturers due to its efficient management; but sometimes not when Pantec finds itself in less advantage situation in either some items or all items, Pantec will shift its production to purchasing from other manufacturers in order to maintain its absolute advantage in cost control.

Pantec distribute its products both at home and aboard in a mode of OEM or ODM for exports and running exclusive shops and working in sole agency system in domestic market.

Pantec is doing business in a more flexible way as manufacturer, purchaser and distributor respectively and/or simultaneously according to absolute advantage and comparative absolute advantage theory to maintain its competitive edge all the time.
