About quality control system

Our worker produce product strictly obey process sheet, worker need inspect himself, quality inspector will check the first five pieces after passed then start volume production, we also random inspect when produce. Workers are demanded to eye inspect when assembling and packing. Valve product need 100% leakage test. Most inspect tools, such as vernier caliper, thread gauge will be adjusted every 3~6 months. If we OEM for your brand, all our material can have quality guarantee document from our supplier.
