Sichuan Keruisen Biological Engineering Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " the company")is a private high-tech enterprise which specializes in biotechnology research and development, and its products' testing and manufacturing. The company is also the designated testing laboratory of Department of Agriculture, Sichuan Provincial Government for Sichuan in-coming bio-pesticides, and the designated factory of bio-pesticides by the provincial government. The company receives key support from Meishan City Government as a high-tech enterprise.

The company now has a well-established organizational structure with a group of professional managers who have good knowledge of technology and management skills. Meanwhile, the company has cultivated a group of core technology talents with innovation spirit through nearly 10 years' continuous investment, research and development from the joint research and cooperation with institutes and colleges such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Biological Control Center, Chengdu City Biological Research Institute, Sichuan University and Sichuan Agricultural University. A long-term and close cooperation with these research institutes, colleges and universities is hence established. The company has developed a sound system of product research and development, an echelon talent team in which "the company's backbone technical team as the core, colleges and universities and other cooperation units as the supporter, the skilled workers as the foundation". The company now possesses five invention patents and professional technology with completely independent intellectual property rights after years of research and development, and production testing ("Deep solid-state fermentation production of a continuous transfer of biological pesticide Bacillus thuringiensis", "a micro-plate device with continuous fermentation process" and "deep flat bed type solid-state fermentation reactor") and two utility model patents ("Devices with automatic bio-media ingredients, and heat sterilization " and "remote control plate culture vessels carrying vehicles"). In 2007, the company participated in the "micro-solid-state fermentation research" and won the second prize of " the Advance of Science and Technology Award" by the Ministry of Science and Technology China, and it's "solid-state continuous fermentation production of flat panel technology" is a company exclusive and national-leading one. The company's BT bio-pesticide project is a key supporting project of National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, and the "twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Ministry of Agriculture, and receiving strong support and financial subsidies from Sichuan Provincial Agriculture Department, and Finance Department.
