Currently employ 600 at our factory. Employee pool categorized as Administrative, Production, Quality, and Engineering (product and design). Annual turnover rate is less-than 2%.
Overall production reject rate for FY04 was 1.6% realized during production. FY05 target is 1%.
Current manufacturing mix is 77% DC Chargers and 23% AC Chargers.
DC Charger mix is Economy Grade, "A" Grade, and OEM Grade; AC Charger mix is After-Market Grade and UL Grade.
At 73% of factory capacity, our daily manufactured output is 40k units (mixed SKUs); Our packaging output is 2.3k units per hour; Burst capacity is managed with a Sunday shift. Whether we manufacture 100 pieces or 100, 000 pieces, every unit is powered up to verify the required voltage and current characteristics for that product.
Current reliability index for on-time delivery is 93%. FY05 target is 97%.
