Established in 2005, Yan Tai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd, belonging to the Shandong province National Defense Science and Industry Committee, is a high-tech enterprise engaged in producing rubber products professionally, located in Qi Xia Song Shan development zone. Our company, covering an area of 65 acres, the workshop covers 22000m^2. We have more than 30 junior and senior professional technicians of which there are 13 senior masters, and more than 300professional operators. Our company is a high-tech enterprise engaged in producing rubber filter belt professionally, what's more, our company is the only enterprise which adopts hot vulcanization craft to produce super wide and thick of rubber filter belt, is a high-tech enterprise includes technological design, research and development, manufacture, sale and service.

The main products of our company: Various standards and types rubber filter belt, conveyor belt, rubber dam, rubber roller and so on. Since our company has established, relaying on the advanced technology of the National Defense Science and Technology, and based on introducing and absorbing the advanced techniques from abroad in rubber industry, through continuous researching and developing, uninterrupted innovating and improving, product quality has reached national advanced level. Craft about belt thickness of over 3.5m have passed appraisal of the province and in the super wide filter belt, the widest thickness of filter belt is reach to 4.8m, filled the foreign market gap.

We have the super plate vulcanizing machine 3500× 6000mm, which is the widest and the most complete set producing rubber dam and rubber filter belt line in China. The annual production capacity is reach to 800, 000square meters. Our company has passed the ISO9001-2008 international Quality System authentication; Meanwhile, our company is the occupation standard drafting unit of TB/T8947-2008 of the rubber belt of stationary type belt vacuum filter. Conveyor belt has gained the certificate of famous-brand products by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Shandong province, and also has gained the certificate of ten well-known brands in China, the credit grade of our enterprise has gained AAA certificate.
