In 2000, it entered upstream sector by investing Shanghai Jia Ding factory, applying imported good quality borax to produce boric acid and other boron compound products. With stable and qualified product quality and well-established market reputation, its products quickly cover majority market share in East China market, and entered South China market as well. With existing production base, in 2002 the company enlarged its investment by expanding the production capacity of Jia Ding factory and introducing new production technique to produce sodium nitrate and other new products to meet market demand. By now, the Jia Ding factory has passed ISO9001: 2000 certification and fully implements TQA, TPM to improve its quality assurance system.
