Established in 1951, Liaoning 518 Internal Combustion Fittings Co., Ltd is a specialized manufacturer of high-powered engine crankshaft and die forgings, a key enterprise manufacturing crankshafts in marine engines and national high - tech enterprise. Product capacity of forged steel crankshafts and forgings are 800, 000 PC(s) and 150, 000 Ton (s) respectively with more than 300 varieties of product line-UPS.
The company at present owns 10 forging production lines and 20 finished crankshaft production facilities equipping with lathing-milling center (Bost, Spain), CNC crankshaft grinding machine (AZ, Italy), CBN grinder (Junker, Germany), and CNC grinding machine (TOYODA, Japan) to have realized the automation of camshaft production. The company is capable of manufacturing forgings weighed between 1.5kg and 15, 000kg with length between 400mm and 8000mm.

Technical staff are more than 400 personnel realizing joint development synchronously with the customer providing fast, accurate, technical services for customers.
