The fully automatic glass storage and loading system is an automatic intelligent equipment that perfectly combines the glass storage, glass loading and glass cutting.
Layout Structure Principle:
  In order to maximize the efficiency of the factory's use of the site, the storage positions are arranged on both sides of the cutting machine and on both sides of the rear end of the automatic loading table, According to the size specification for storing the original glass sheets of 2440X3660mm and the storage of 10 packs of original sheets, including the cutting machine, the site area occupied is about 90 square meters. The original 2-station or 4-station film pick-up is directly transformed into a 10-station intelligent storage and loading system.
System Components:
1 High-speed bidirectional moving double-turning automatic loading table and track.
2 10 movable glass original storage racks and rails in two areas.
3 Computer program control system.
Working Principle Introduction:
The original glass storage system is divided into 2 areas, each area has 5 glass racks, which means that 10 packs of glass of different specifications and varieties can be stored.
We divide the 2 areas into A1 area/A2 area, when the original glass enters the factory, you can unload the glasses directly onto the glass rack in the storage area. When the glass is put on the racks, the administrator directly enters the glass specification/model/quantity/manufacturer/date into the computer system. When unloading the glasses, the administrator can place the commonly used specifications close to the loading table, and also place the less commonly used specifications on the glass rack slightly far from the loading table (Choose which areas to put the glass and each the number of glass shelves in each area can also be customized according to user needs).
  After the system input is completed, the user will input and arrange the glass types and quantities to be cut in the system according to the order of the production schedule.
For example: according to the production requirements, a total of 5 varieties will be cut on the day, with a total of 260 pieces of glass originals. The operator can input the number of 5 varieties to be cut for each variety into the system in sequence, and press the start button after the input is completed. That's it, the system will automatically pick up the pieces in order, and the loading table will automatically send the picked glass to the cutting machine table. As long as there is glass on the cutting machine table, the loading table will wait. After the glass leaves, the loading table will automatically send the next glass to the cutting machine.
The glass racks in the storage system will also be automatically moved out in advance to wait for the loading table to pick up the glass. For example: the loading table is taking the glass on the glass rack A1-4, the next glass type to be cut is on the rack A2-3, and the rack A2-3 has been removed to the middle take-up position at this time. , when the loading table finishes taking the last piece of glass on the A1-4 rack, the A1-4 glass rack will automatically move back to the original position in the storage area. After the loading table sends the glass to the cutting machine table, it will automatically pick up the glass. The glass on the A2-3 glass rack, and so on, can realize uninterrupted taking and feeding until the end of the order that needs to be cut. If the operator needs to leave for a while during this time, he can press the pause button. After the operator comes back, press the continue running button, and the system will automatically run again.
