Gongyi Liangda Tubes Co., Ltd was established in 1985. Its former name is Gongyi Changfen Village Mechanical Factory. In 2007, it was transformed into a limited liability company (Gongyi Liangda Tubes Co., Ltd, and GYLDT Ltd for short). Since its foundation, our company is specialized in the product of rubber check valves (duckbill valves), steel expansion joints, rubber expansion joints(flexible rubber joints)and flanges.

We apply ourselves to the design and production of valves and pipes fittings. And we have the capability of advanced design, development and supply. We can design products according to the request of customers. As a result, we have received a favorable reception of our cooperative partner for many years.

We have begun to make and design the rubber expansion joints since 1986. And in 2003 we first produced the duckbill valves (Patent Number: ZL2003 2 0113496.0)in the country. The duckbill valve has passed the quality inspection report (JJ2007018 Gongyi Technical Supervision Bureau). Therefore, we have maintained the leading position in rubber check valves (duckbill valves) and rubber expansion joints at home. We first produced curved duckbill valve (180 degrees turn) in China in 2007 which filling the domestic blank.

Our company owns 3 large high temperature vulcanization cans, 7 small high temperature vulcanization cans, 2 stereotype cabinets, 1 large steam curing equipment (2 tons), one small steam curing equipment (0.5 tons), 6 lathes, 2 drill presses, 1 planer, 1 milling machine, and 9 various weld machines. In order to guarantee the quality, our company gets a set of rubber joint pressure testing machine, which can test DN50-2400 rubber joint, and a set of flexible connectors pressure testing machine, which can test all DN50-2400 steel expansion joints and flanges. In addition, our company specially designed 1 testing machine of duckbill valve with the leading position in China.
