Various indicators and reliability also have reached the international advanced level. We start matching supply for Dongfeng Motor Company\Yuchai Machinery Co. Ltd in September, 2005.

Our company has a plant area of 10, 000 m2, a total investment of RMB 50, 000, 000, 195 set of imported and the joint venture production equipment, 108 staff, 12 senior engineers, and more professional turbocharger talent and senior technicians. Among them, the main technical personnel come from domestic well-known large professional turbocharger companies. The production line and testing methods can meet annual production capacity of more than 100, 000 set. They're well received by users after putting on the market. The company is equipped with precise dynamic balance instrument imported from Germany Schenk company\ the overall dynamic balance instrument machine introduced from the French data company\ three coordinate instrument\ the performance test bench\roundness instrument and other test measurement system introduced from America lamp company, ensuring product reliability. The company also imports from Japan MAZAK machining center\ CNC lathe\ CNC grinding machine\ multi drilling friction welding machines and other professional production and processing equipment to ensure the component's precision and consistency, so the key process quality has been effectively guaranteed.

Our company has passed the ISO/TS 16949: 2009 quality assurance system certification in 2010. Followed by the system requirement to build supply chain, all suppliers have passed strict examination and qualification review.
