Our manufacturing and processing equipment includes: CNC laser cutting machines, Flame & Plasma cutting machines, CNC press brake, CNC shearing and bending machine, Automatic H-beam production line (assembly, welding, and straightening), U Beam/Box Beam Assembling Machine, Robot welding workstation, Shot blasting machine, Paint coating room, full set of smoke, fume, dust and exhaust gas collection and extractor equipment to achieve full process green production. Intelligent Robot Welding System

As manufacturer, we deeply understand the pain points in fabrication of 100% non-standard steel structures, to resolve these problems we have worked closely with the industry-university-research team of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to carry out collaborative research and development. We have successfully launched the teaching-free and programming-free Robot Welding system. We'd like to introduce it to the international market. Our robot welding system integrates advanced high-precision sensors, visual recognition and intelligent algorithms, which can achieve precise welding under complex working conditions, greatly improve production efficiency and product quality, now it is widely used in steel structure, shipbuilding, heavy machinery and other industries, helping customers to boost efficiency.
