There are five subsidiaries in China as following: Rizhao Sanmu Woodworking Co., Ltd, Rizhao Sanmu Metallurgical Mining Co., Ltd, Rizhao Sanmu Group Fenshui Storage and Transportation Company, Rizhao Sanmu Thermal Power Plant. It has also established 4 companies in United States, Philippine and Indonesia. This is a large-scale multi-national enterprise group integrated with furniture manufacturing, thermal power, mining, storage and transportation business all together. Its major business are in wooden furniture manufacturing and marketing, pellets production, ferro-alloy production, iron fine processing and exploiting Chrome, Nickel, Iron, Manganese, etc. And other kind of mineral ore in foreign country, as well as importing into and distributing mineral ore in China.

Rizhao Sanmu Woodworking Co., Ltd covers a area of 400, 000square meters() while building area is 100, 000, fixed asset worth more than 1 billion Yuan(RMB), We have more than 500 employees to build up integrated department and team. Our production scope is furniture manufacturing and marketing for oversea and domestic market, plywood, particle board, glued laminated wood, standard board and corrugated board etc. We also apply wood processing, timber kiln drying and dressed timber processing.

Sanmu Woodworking Company owns 38 standard factory workshops, imported equipment from America, Germany, Italy, Japen, and Taiwan etc. Our monthly production capacity is 500 teus with 5 furniture production lines. Its main product includes bed room, dining room, living room, youth, kitchen and sanitary 6 series group, over 2, 500 styles, which could be applied in high end guest house, hotel, restaurant, conference room and home using, Almost of all the products are exported to the American and European markets.

Our company plant borders on Rizhao Lanshan National-level Wood Processing Area, and is close to China Category 1 opening port --- rizhao port, which creates good condition for convenient timber procurement and lower- cost transportation. Starting from the raw wood processing, we have 5 lines of producing lumber from the raw wood, 4 large veneer rotary-cutting and planing equipments, 2 automatic veneer drying lines, 4 plywood production lines. Annually we process 150, 000 cubic meters wood, produce 50, 000 cubic meters plywood. We also use the offcut from wood processing to manufacture chipboard by ourselves, with an annual output of 65, 000 cubic meters of environmental chipboard. In addition, our company have invested more than 20 million RMB to build up one advanced domestic assembly line of producing corrugated cardboard, which can output 20 million square corrugated cardboard every year both for self-use and selling

Our company has high technical ability for drying lumber. By 30 dry kilns-- each one can dry 120 cubic wood, we can kiln dry 150, 000 cubic meters yearly. The thermal power plant with the 2 X12MW generating unit and 3 X of 75 t/h boiler can provide strong support for wood drying.
