2006 Reminda communication equipment Co., Ltd was founded and specializes in cell phone retail business.
2006 Reminda communications equipment company mergered Zhuhai' third largest mobile phone retail chain "warm sunshine".
2007 Hong Kong listed company long-term investment in telecom holdings, Reminda communications equipment compay became to Sino-foreigm joint venture company.
2009 Reminda company was designated to Jinan University training &education base
2011 State-level battery safety performance testing integrated laboratory center was officially opened.
