cosmosupplylab's scope of tasks includes three areas: The sourcing and testing of all required raw materials, the optimization of manufacturing processes in our worldwide production facilities, and on site risk and quality management.

Sourcing
The supplies of cloth, lining and all other necessary raw materials that become part of the final product will directly influence its quality. Therefore, cosmo seeks out and chooses only approved suppliers, dependent on the specific products, trims, and fittings. The gathering of the right fabrics and matters involves all the experience, skill and ongoing search for perfection of our textile engineers and quality controllers.

Manufacturing
Upon order confirmation, the entire production process is set into motion. Customers receive permanent updates about the status of their order at every stage. Our more than 100 production facilities in 12 countries are primarily vertically integrated, handling as many stages of the fabrication as possible in-house. We attach the same importance to the use of high-quality materials and state-of-the art machines as to the engagement of a well-trained working staff.

Risk & Quality Management
An ongoing process during all stages of production, cosmosupplylab executes the crucial task of quality control to ensure proper fit, appearance, and durability of each and every product. Our quality control specialists and textile technicians from three continents are stationed on site at all our production locations worldwide. They monitor all the production details to prevent any deficiencies, such as non-precision or incorrect implementation of complicated procedures, as well as to warrant working safety and environmental protection.
