At present, it has more than 600 staff in the company, among which there are more than 200 skilled technicians. The factory occupies 130, 000 square meters of area with building area being 40, 000 square meters. It has the stand-up processing center, digitalized boring &milling lathe, gear grinding machine and as many as 300 sets of sophisticated refined equipment plus the heat processing system. The company applies ERP management method in production, sale, finance, store, etc. Machinery heating technologies are advanced. The technologies of carbon-permeation, nitrogenation and gear grinding are adopted in gear processing. With perfect quality management system, the accuracy of our gear reducers have reached 5th grade. The company is equipped with triplex coordinates testing machine, comprehensive gear testing apparatus and closed style gear-transmission experimental table. The ISO90001 authentication has already been passed.
