Building on client provided requirements Project Visual Concept is responsible initially for the production of a Brief and a Design concept. Drawings and specifications referred to in the design will refer to locally available materials. Construction standards in the drawings will pass Chinese regulations and will adhere to standard international practice. At the next stage Project Visual Concept is responsible for contract co-ordination and supervision of the work up to handover to the client.
