The headquaters of Raysin is equipped with electric furnaces and electroslag furnaces, 2 sets of 30-ton annealing furnaces and 1-5T electro-hydraulic hammers. All of them are operate by certificated and skilled manipulators. The durometer, spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detection are available all the time to offer us the most precise data for all products prior to shipment. The leading spectrograph imported from Japan which ensures accurate and comprehensive analysis of steel chemical composition.
