Wuxi Kuanyu Packing Material Co., Ltd. is situated in NO. 9 Huangshan Road in Wuxi National High New Tech Industrial Development Zone. It is a large State Holding Enterprise with advanced level in the present world, the first one in Jiangsu Province specialized in manufacturing BOPP (Biaxial Oriented Polypropylene) films with the annual productivity of 25, 000 tons.

Wuxi Kuanyu Packing Material Co., Ltd. was established on July 18, 1993. It occupies an area of 69, 360.6 square meters. It was invested by FSPG Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.

Guided by domestic market demand, taking high technology, high investment and high quality as its superiority, Wuxi Kuanyu Packing Material Co., Ltd. imported high speed production line of BOPP from German Bruckner Maschinenbau GmbH in 1993, practiced computer-coefficient-system automatic control, manufacturing BOPP film which enjoys the laudatory title of "Packing Queen". The first stage of the company has an annual productivity of 15, 000 tons. It was completed and put into production on March 9, 1995. It has passed ISO9001 International Quality Certification.

The third stage ------ In order to meet the needs of development in domestic packing trade, Kuanyu Company increased 26.8 million USD of investment in 2001, increased registered capital of 10.72 million USD correspondingly. It expanded enterprise scale and introduced technology and equipment from German Bruckner Maschinenbau GmbH. It has an annual productivity of 25, 000 tons of High Barrier, Heat sealed and Flexible new type packing material. This item was formally started at the beginning of 2001. It was formally completed and put into production on September 28, 2002. After increasing the investment, the total investment of the joint venture increased from the original 21.9 million USD to 48.7 million USD; the registered capital increased from the original 10 million USD to 20.72 million USD correspondingly. It has a total annual productivity of 40, 000 tons of packing films.
