Our company have strong technique capability and first class design and development ability. We have 40 special technicians including 5 senior engineers, 10 engineers and 10 assistant engineers.
We have the capability to manufacture from design to mass production by ourselves. We use CAD, share information from proposal discussion to project rechecks by local area network, use the APQP and PPAP in new production development. All theose methods guarantee the stability of our quality.
We have more than 300 units advanced equipment. After the update of those equipment, 90% are NC. Through the reproduce of the manufacturing line, we reralized the delicate production, and we have rebuilt the factory environment to reach the 6S management requirement. Now we have the Switzerland REISHAUER gear profile grinding machine, which can reach DIN class 2, Taiwan TAIzhong finisher high speed turning center, which can reach the 4 level degree of accuracy, the carburizing hardening furnace produce line and a lot of NC hobbing, slotting shaving machine.
