Established in 1996, Shandong Qingtian Plastic Co., Ltd is one of the leading agricultural film manufacturers and exporters in China. We currently have over 400 employees, with registered capital over 80 million RMB. We have an annual capacity of 80, 000 tons of films. We are located at Qingtian Road, Qilu chemical Industrial Area, Zibo City, Shandong Province. We produce various kinds of agricultural polyethylene functional plastic sheeting, and industrial packing menbrane. We are the plastic vice president's unit of Association of Processing Industry of China, director's units of China Agricultural Plastics Application Technology Society, China Technology Market Association, China Plastic Package Association and China Invest Association.

With strict management and ceaseless efforts, "Qingtian People" have won the approval of the society with the outstanding achievement. We passed the certification of ISO9001 international quality system in 1999 and in 2001. "Qingtian" Brand agricultural plastics for sheeting have won a series of honors: Such as National Inspection-Free Product, China Famous Brand Products, China Well-know Trademark. Our brand agricultural film is the only agricultural film brand, which wins all the three above honors.

In recent years, we are devoted to science research. In order to increase our competitiveness, we tightened our connection with college science research institutes and established science research dept. --Shandong function plastic film technology research center--to develop new products. Up till now, the group has won 26 national patents. In April, 2003, "Grass storage twining film" developed by the group was listed as "National-level sparking plan project". In 2004, one of the new patents "agricultural plastics for sheeting printing in inner surface" passed the examination organized by Scientific and Technological Office of Shandong Province. In 2005, "Qingtian" interior coating agricultural film dispersing fog membrane was listed as "national-level key new products project". The group is praised as "the star enterprise of Zibo China's patent" and "High-tech Enterprise of Shandong Province".

The main products of the group are "Qingtian" brand micro mulch film series and function films. "Qingtian" brand micro mulch film series includes: Common polyethylene mulch film, black weeded mulch film, medicine weeding mulch film, no-droplet mulch film, silver-gray mulch film, white-black intermingle mulch film and infrared ray heating weeding mulch film. Function films include: Polyethylene age-proof flim, age-proof drop film, multifunction film, light ecological film and mist-resistant 3-layer heat keeping daylight greenhouse film. We successfully passed the certification of ISO9002 international quality system, and ISO9001 in 2001. We also passed the Quality, Environment and Occupation Healthy Safety system in 2005.
