Qingdao Qingflex Hose Factory was established in July 2008, who is focus on R&D and manufacturing hydraulic hose according to DIN standard and SAE satander. The factory have 260 worksers, and more than 100 sets of the PLC braiding machine and PLC controlled spiral machine, more than 10 sets of morden cold feeding pin-barrel extruding machine etc. In 2014, we set up most advanced production line for suction oil hose R4 with the length 40 meters and 30.5meters to meet the customers demand.
Production Capacity & Advantege as follows:
1. We can produce 1.2million meters of steel braided 1SN&2SN, iSC&2SC per month.
2. We can produce150, 000meters per month of spiral hose 4SP, 4SH, R9, R12, R13, R15 with the length up to 200FT.
3. We can produce 400, 000meters of R6, R13, 1TE, 2TE, 3TE per month.
4. We can produce 30, 000meters of R4 per month with the length 40m and 100FT(30.5m) per month.
5. We can produce150, 000meters of R5 per month.
