With the efforts of all the staff and thanks to our reliable suppliers (Shanghai LKM, Shanghai UDDEHOLM Tooling, China Aluminum, etc. ), Qingdao Kama has enlarged its capacity year by year. Its aluminum alloy ingots workshop can supply 18, 000 ton of ingots to the aluminum alloy consumers and the company itself each year. All the company's die casting moulds are built by its own mould workshop. Its die casting production line can provide 5 million pieces (about 1, 000 ton) of high-quality low & high pressure die castings with two kinds of materials, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy. Our die castings are suitable for various industries, including automotive, machinery, petroleum, motorcycle, railway, construction, hardware and tools.
To guarantee high quality products, good furnaces, CNC machining center, German SPECTRO spectrometer and HEXAGON CMM have been introduced, and new equipment is being and will be introduced according to production demands.
