Established in 1983, Qingdao HongTaiSheng Rubber-products Co., Ltd. is a private-owned company, which professionally makes various rubber products and rubber sealing products like...Extruding rubber tubes, rubber stripes; Molded O-shaped rings, rubber gasket; Foaming stripes, rubber pipes, rubber sheet; Casting PU, PVC, TPE pipe, fridge door sealing, body fits series, etc that are made from EPDM, VITOM, SILICONE, NR, SBR, NBR, HNBR and CR. We are engaged in the whole-set supply & service of rubber products for dozens of Chinese companies like HAIER, HISENSE, and etc. Moreover, our products have been exported abroad and win the accreditation and approval from all the foreign clients.

The factory covers a total area of 13300 square meters, in which the construction area accounts for 8000 square meters. We are now in possession of about 150 sets of rubber mixers, extruders, flat vulcanizing, vulcanizing cans and ultra-red production lines. It is also equipped with edge-cutting rubber-testing facilities like Pulling testing machine, Rubber Vulcanizing Meter and Rubber Fatigue tesing machine, which makes us capable of making moulds as per customers' drawing papers and samples, designing and making moulds wholly by ourselves, and processing various rubber products as well, the types of which now could make around more than one hundred.

Our company now has 230 staffs, among which 45 hold associate degree and above, 28 hold medium-grade professional title or above. And we have passed ISO9000 quality system certification in 1999. Moreover, it always keep adhering to the quality policy of "providing the rubber-product industries with qualified products and satisfactory service" and the quality goal of "99.5% of qualified rate for products" and "100% of satisfactory rate for customers", which makes it possible for our products to keep playing a leading role in the same industry in China.
