Laminating line heats glass with forced convection technology ensure high production speed and best squeezing quality. Three tempering furnaces, dual-chamber Glaston forced convection tempering furnace temper triple silver Low-E glass with max 0.1mm warp, uniform fragments and minimum wind spot defects eliminate the quality problems. Heat soak test equipment decrease the spontaneous breakage ratio for clients. One set glazing production line could supply you a variety of colors and patterns for glass. 5100mm length silk screen line realize the clients' colorful and artistical design on high rise projects.
