Qingdao Arts and Framing Co., Ltd (QAF), was established as a wholly foreign owned manufacturing Company. We specialise in manufacturing photo frames, mirror frames, artist frames and framed mirrors. When requested we can also supply unframed mirrors with polished edges ready packed for retail sale. 100% of our production is exported worldwide. QAF is located in the city of Qingdao, the port city of Shandong province. A 50 minute drive from Qindao airport will get you our factory, and a one and half hour drive will take you back to the port of Qingdao. In order to produce frames of the highest quality we have installed a timber milling line which includes a Weinig moulder, multi head computer controlled sandering machines, and a fully intergrated spray painting line. The managers who are in charge of this moulding line have over half a century of experiance between them, and are able to produce products of world class. We pride ourselves on the fact that our finished mouldings do not have the HUNGRY look of most wood mouldings produced in China. Our production line people have been trained intensively in the TOYOTA PRUDUCTION SYSTEM - a just in time manufacturing system which is characetrised by its emphesis on quality, quality, and quality. We feel that build quality of our products is second to none anywhere in the world, and combined with Chinese labour costs and productivity offer products of outstanding value.
