Owns automatic production lines with SMT LED machines, Lead-free solder-re-flow machine, Automatic Brush paste machine and other relevant advanced equipment. These advanced instruments can assure the powerful production capacity and excellent quality. Most of our LED products will be manufactured by these machines automatically. For example, for LED tube, we can finish about 1, 000 pieces per day.
We are specially proud of our OEM business since we have a professional team of engineers who have worked in the field of LED for over 8 years, We provide lamp structure designs, PCB designs, function solution designs and special project designs beyond our common products according to customers' need. We use advanced temperature testers, Everfine YF1000 Lamp complete analysis system and photoelectric instruments to conduct strict testing, All our operations are ISO 9001: 2000-certified. Our qualification rate is above 99.8%. All our products comply with CE standard and the RoHS Directive.
