Foshan Lanshi Heat Transfer Equipment Plant (short as FL-HTEP) is one of Chinese main plate exchanger manufacturers. FL-HTEP can manufacture 4 series exchanger plate including over 30 models, and 2 series exchanger plate system including over 50 models. The manufacture capacity is 160, 000 square meter exchanger plates, over 3, 000 sets of exchanger plate system. The products cover all plate heat transfer applications.
The plant covers 70, 000 square meter area and has 16, 000 square meter construction area. The plant has 280 sets of various manufacture machine/inspection equipments, 330 employees, 38% engineers and technician among the employees. The plant adopts CAD/CAM technic to design and manufacture exchanger plates. The product has superduper heat transfer performance, low pressure drop and high pressure resistance. The plant adopt developed computer software design/configure the exchanger plate unit in order to ensure the products suitable for customers' working condition and specified requirement.
We have researched the exchanger plates for over 10 years, and invented many type plates which keep ahead in domestic. The plates includes seal type exchanger plate, big/small angle exchanger plate, various sections exchanger plate, small temperature difference air condition non- adhibit exchanger plate, exchanger plate system, various segment exchanger plate. We can offer full range exchanger plates.
