We import the 9 layers air cooling machine line and the 8 layers water quenching machine line from Canada and Germany, design the production capacity of 12, 000 ton each year. There are 6 pouch manufacturing lines to produce all kind of pouches.
We also bought the testing machine from USA and Germany and build the professional lab to ensure the product quality.
We own the ISO9001 and HACCP certificate. The plant was built as per the food manufacturing requirement and the air cleaning system is installed in the workshop.
We are manufacturing the 9 layers co-extrusion medial barrier film, 9 layers co-extrusion medial barrier pouch, high barrier film and high barrier pouch, 8 layer co-extrusion water cooling forming film, liquid packaging film and lamination sheet and so on. The products we produce are widely used in food packaging, logistics packaging and electronic packaging and other areas.
