Our company was established in 1978, with registered capital of RMB82, 000, 000. Covering an area of 54, 000 square meters including a building area of 35, 400 square meters, we utilize 182 sets of machining and testing equipment. Currently, there are 268 employees, including 69 engineering technicians in our company. In 2007, our sales value of valves reached RMB365, 000, 000, with profit and tax value worth RMB36, 000, 000. At present, our company is a key National and Provincial high-tech enterprise, and a key enterprise in the valve industry of Wenzhou. Besides, we have set up a research and development center of provincial high-tech special valves in Zhejiang. Moreover, "Outong" has been awarded as Chinese well-known trademark.

Our company has 10 series of products such as, gate, globe, check, ball and butterfly valves, cryogenic valves, slab gate valves, power station valves, instrument valves, metal-sealed unfurled valves, with nearly six thousand of specifications in the standards of ASME, ANSI, JIS, DIN and GB. Their materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, super low carbon stainless steel, titanium steel, High-nickel alloy, Monel and other high quality materials. The temperature can be -196oC~1430oC, the pressure rate is up to 3500Lb, and the size is up to 3600mm. There are such operation types as manual, gear, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Our products are widely used to petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, military and electric power industry. Till now, we have successfully researched and developed spacecraft test devices, not only special valves for hypersonic wind-tunnel and main turbine of nuke, but also the special valves of super high temperature for the device of refinery catalysis, sulfur recycling and coking. Moreover, our company has also developed new national key products and three items of national torch plan products, which have reached international advanced level after being tested by province organization. We, owning four national invention patents and six new practical patents, are responsible for drafting national specialized valve standard of JB/T10673-2006 "Metal-sealed unfurled valve". In addition, we have developed new products of provincial and municipal respectively.

Our company has our own physical and chemical laboratories and advanced inspecting and testing equipment. Moreover, there are a lot of advanced equipment such as portable spectrometers imported from America, pendulum low temperature impact testers, magnetic detectors, X-ray and r-ray detectors, Helium leakage detectors and also advanced machining and manufacturing equipment like machining centers imported from Japan and CNC lathes, and plasma spray welding machines.
