Our company is specialized in vacuum melting and copper alloys development such as CuCrZr, CuAg, CuNiBe and CuNiTi etc. Besides, we are also engaged in continuous caster assemble, continuous caster copper mould plate's manufacture and recovery, as well as its relevant accessories.
We have the largest 5.5-tons vacuum melting furnace in China, and 3.0-tons, 0.025-tons vacuum melting furnaces, we also own the modern CNC machining and advanced plating workshops and the well-equipped functional physicochemical laboratory. All of those equipments have been authenticated by ISO9001.
More than 85 percent of our employees are highly educated; They are well-trained for their necessary skills. Amongst of them, there are more than 30 professional R&D and technical staffs who devoted in the development of material used on continuous casting mould as well as the relevant products' design. Meanwhile, our company has established good cooperative relationships with some professional colleges and research institutes.
