Mudanjiang North Alloy Tools Co., Ltd., affiliated to China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC) Heilongjiang North Tools Co., Ltd., was established in 1953. Our company produce military and civil dual-use tungsten alloy and cemented carbide products. We are the earliest production base of cemented carbide and tungsten alloy products in domestic.

Our company is located in the downtown of Mudanjiang, a famous tourist city in North China, bordering the Suifenhe, which is a trade port between China and Russia, neighboring the summer resort Jingbo Lake, and enjoying convenient road, railway and aviation conditions. At present, we have more than 190 employees. Our factory area is more than 15, 000 square meters. We own more than 300 sets of advanced equipments, including spray granulator, cold isostatic press, 1, 000-ton oil press, automatic power press, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace, high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace, US AVS pressure sintering furnace, and ball lapping machine; As well as total fixed assets of 19.55 million Yuan.

Our company passed the Quality System Certification of ISO9001: 1994 IN 1997, and passed the certification of the new edition of ISO9001: 2000 in 2002; Had the national secondary measurement test qualification and had successively passed the National Third-class Confidentiality Certification and Military Articles Production License Audit.

We take full effect to its military technology and resource advantages, take the lead in setting up the Tungsten Material R&D Center, carry out project cooperation with the Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Central South University and other universities and research institutes in the R&D of new materials, new processes and new technologies, providing strong and effective guarantee for the high-density tungsten alloy products needed in the scientific research, production and equipment of the national defense technology industry. Meanwhile, the company took charge in compiling Military Industry Standard WJ2605-2002 <Specification for tungsten alloy ball used in prefabricated fragment ammunition> and WJ-2672-2005 <Specification for bar-blanks of tungsten alloy for spin-stabilized armor-piercing discarding sabot projectile>. And it took part in National Military Standard GJB3793-99 <Specification for military use tungsten alloy ball>. Some achievements in scientific research were awarded as State or Ministry Science Progress Award.

The company produces more than ten varieties of high-density tungsten alloy products, including tungsten alloy bar, tungsten balls, tungsten alloy blocks, tungsten alloy columns, tungsten alloy electrodes, radiation shielding plate, balance weight blocks, fishing sinker and other special shape products.

Cemented carbide series of products include tungsten carbide rods, high-performance button and other mining and geologic tools, cemented carbide for molds, tunnel boring machine tools, cutting tools, more than 100 types of standard and non-standard alloy products.
