Ningbo Northstar Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Is a Sino-US Joint Venture specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of motor components containing permanent magnet assemblies and other automotive parts. Northstar was established in August, 2006 and located in No. 338, ShengXing Road, LuoTuo, ZhenHai NingBo, close to Ningbo airport and convenience to Shanghai.
At present, Northstar has annual capacity of 5 million of fuel pump and EGR parts, sensors and other automotive parts. 90% of our products are exported to North America and Europe. Northstar is in the level two of supply chain of the famous automobile brand customer.
We have advanced testing equipments, supplier quality manergement, as well as professional engineering design and assembly capabilities.
We have first class engineering team, give technical support to the customers as well as comprehensive distribution and sales service.
Northstar had started the lean production project in 2010, set up an engineering techology center in 2012, assessed as high-tech enterprises in Ningbo in the same year. Currently, We had acquired the system certification: ISO/TS16949: 2009 Quality management system certification(2009), ISO14001: 2004 Environmental system certification(2013), OHSAS18001: 2007 Occupational health and safety managements systems(2015)and the Interllectual property cetification system(2017).
Our management philosophy is "professional, refinement, cooperation, win-win cooperation", provide professional and comprehensive supporting to our customer.
