It was established in April, 2000. Now, we have one needle-punch line and two spunlace lines.
We imported the needle-punch line in 2001 from DILOGMBH. Until now, We can produce not only the Medium garde Synthetic Leather Substrate, but also we can produce the High garde Synthetic Leather Substrata, such as high shrinkage fiber, micro fiber and Filter material etc.

We imported the needle-punch line in 2001 from DILOGMBH. Until now, We can produce not only the Medium garde Synthetic Leather Substrate, but also we can produce the High garde Synthetic Leather Substrata, such as high shrinkage fiber, micro fiber and Filter material etc.

We imported the needle-punch line in 2001 from DILOGMBH. Until now, We can produce not only the Medium garde Synthetic Leather Substrate, but also we can produce the High garde Synthetic Leather Substrata, such as high shrinkage fiber, micro fiber and Filter material etc.
In 2003, we imported one spunlace line from FLEISSNER GMBH. This line can produce 40~300g/. The main product is Synthetic Leather Substrate, assistant product is Sanitary Material. On base of our ripe technique, we have developed many new products, such as fabrics passed PVA, High shrinkage, Composite nonwovens.
In 2006, we used 0.10 billon yuan to buy a new spunlace line from FLEISSNER GMBH, annual output approximates to 6000tons. The products is from 28g/ t0 120g/ (main products is Sanitary material, the assistant products is Synthetic leather substrate). This machine has cross-lap web and line-lap web together.
We are also passed the certificate of ISO9001(Quality System Authentication), ISO14001(Environment Administration System Authentication) and JJF1112-2003 certificate. The products are sold around the country. And also exported to European, American, east of Asia etc.
