World Strong Rubber Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1998. Our company has been devoted to the research of customized seals and precision molded rubber products for airplanes, automobiles, office appliances, toys, leisure equipment and heavy machinery. We have over 40 experienced engineers and an in-house molding workshop and can make your designs come true in two weeks.
Our company covers an area of 13, 000 square meters. We have 300 employees, including 30 technicians and 50 management persons. A good and organized management service system is provided.
World Strong Rubber has 10 sets of CNC machines. The maximum manufacturing dimension is 2000*900mm. We have 3 sets of EDM machines (side-discharging is available), computerized machining machines, common machining machines and spreading dust machines. We can design and manufacture compression moulds, transfer moulds, injection rubber moulds and cold runner system moulds.
We have 46 sets of compression machines with 3 set of injection rubber machine. The maximum production dimension is 1200*750mm and maximum pressure is 300 metric tons.

The materials we use are silicone rubber, nature rubber, nitrile rubber, SBR, EPDM, chloroprene rubber, CSM, FKM, AFLAS and PU. We formulate premium-grade rubber compounds to fit the function; We also have the technology to incorporate steel, polyethylene, aluminum, and other materials to improve the product performance.
As a qualified supplier for NOK, GM, BYD, Foxconn, Flextronics and Emerson, we have an ISO9001: 2008 and TS16949: 2009 certificated factory to work on your OEM/ODM orders.
