Nanjing Electronic Device Institute(NEDI) is one of the most important research institute in China. It has now over 2000 Employees, over 1200 of whom are researchers, engineers and technicians, it is engaged in R&D of micro-
electronic and vacuum eletromics.

The Department of Communication Component of NEDI is engaged in R&D and mass production of SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Devices. It has an imported world-advanced-level, mass production line which is equipped with whole sets of instruments and equipment. Based on the advanced hardware, the institute's R&D strength and the ISO9002 quality system, the Department has now become the largest R&D and mass production base for SAW Devices in mainland China.

More and more people have recognized the outstanding features of SAW Device. It has high frequency stablity, low insertion loss, high loaded Q, superior temperature stablity and few peripheral components, no adjustment of
peripheral circuit required. As a result, they are widely applied in communication, TV system, CATV, satellite program receiver, remote control, wireless alarm, wireless audio and video transmission, etc.

Our ND series of SAW devices are available from 50 to 1000MHz. We have already developed products with frequency over 1GHz, and are planning to take them into mass production.

At the same time, we can design and manufacture according to customer's requirement.
